About Us

The Qatar Cultural Attaché Office (QCA) in the United States was established in August 2015 under the leadership of The Cultural Attaché Mr. Mohamed Alhamad, and as part of the Embassy of Qatar in Washington D.C., the office extends its services to all graduate and undergraduate Qatari students who are eager to peruse their higher education in USA and Canada.

Our Mission

Effectively manage, facilitate and support education scholarships to provide greater value for students. It is our responsibility to ensure that scholarship students receive high quality education in leading universities in the United States of America. Our aim is to provide all necessary support to enable them to concentrate on their educational accomplishments. We work hard to justify the confidence of our clients and materialize their investment in creating capable workforce.
